Guys,

Need help in identifying my weber carbs. They are marked 40 idf 78 9e and the second one is marked 40 idf 79 9e. Both marked made in italy.

If possible I need to know what the numbers stand for,what year the carbs were made, and what type of vehicle the carbs were factory installed on.
